Return Policy

AllSports East gladly accepts returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be given in the same manner as payments. For refunds by check, please allow 14 days for the check to be issued. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed.

Merchandise must be returned un-worn and in its original packaging. Altered items, such as custom numbering, sewn flags and hemmed pants, will not be accepted for return.

Due to the intimate nature of athletic supporters and cups, Compression tights and shorts, and pelvic protectors, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items. Whistles may be returned unused, sealed in the original packaging when sold that way.

We offer one free freight exchange for all non-defective merchandise, customers will be responsible for any additional charges.

Shipping/Delivery Policy

In order to pass along the best possible savings to our customers, the choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of AllSports East. Shipments can take up to 5 business days to reach their intended destinations.

Expedited shipping is available for in-stock items only. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply, and based upon ship time and location. Expedited orders may not be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Basic Ground Shipping and Handling rates within the United States
  • $0-29.99 = $6.95
  • $30-69.99 = $8.45
  • $70+ = $9.95

Overnight and Two-day shipping is available upon request. Cost will be based on carrier fees.

Defective Merchandise

For defective merchandise, please contact us at [insert customer support email] or call 1-800-351-5474 to arrange for product return. No further shipping shipping charges will apply.

We suggest that your method of choice for returning defective merchandise provide a method of tracking. AllSports East cannot be held accountable for packages while they are in transit to our warehouse.

Customization of Items and Special Orders

We are willing to customize items to your needs. We offer tailoring of pants, sewing on patches and direct embroidery to most items. In most instances, this will take between 5-10 business days.
